Celebrating the Life of Albert White

Albert White, 59, died on Tuesday, September 17th, 2024 at his home in Fountain Inn, SC surrounded by his family. He was born on February 15, 1965 in Elkhart, IN to the late Bernard Fulton White, Jr. and Patricia Campbell White. Albert was hardworking, kind and compassionate. He spent many years working in machine shops and then as an over-the-road truck driver, eventually becoming an owner-operator before his health began to decline. He also operated a small engine repair business, drove for Yellow Cab Taxi, and worked for Allied Universal Security before his retirement in December 2023. In his spare time and after his retirement, Albert enjoyed traveling and camping with his wife and family, spending time with his grandchildren, and tinkering with his legos and 3D printer. He also enjoyed souped up cars and anything with wheels and a motor. Many special memories were made at local drag races, tractor pulls, and under the hood of his best friend, Kenny’s 1979 Camaro. Albert is survived by his wife, Tabatha; daughters, Kayla (Scott) Rector of Simpsonville, Destiny (Stefan) White of Fountain Inn and Haleigh (Ryan) Segal of Grand Rapids, MI; sons, Brandon (Amanda) White of Greer, Vern (Sarah) North of Fountain Inn, John Ault of Ohio, and Jacob Ault of Grand Rapids, MI; grandchildren, Jordan and Grayson Rector, Abigail and Harrison White, Ryder and Lorenzo White, Naya and Liam Segal, Denver, Leland, and Dallas North, and Owen and Paxton Brown; and many extended family members. In addition to his father, Albert was preceded in death by his brother, Randy White; and a grandson, Wyatt White.
