One of the great things about today’s parable is that the scripture itself tells us the intent of the parable in Luke 18:1 – to always pray and not give up. The Lord knows we sometimes grow weary when it seems our prayers are not being answered in the way we think they should. And once again, Jesus points us to an earthly example for encouragement.
